Tubular Environmental Cleaning - Innovative Technology "TEC-IT"
TEC-IT tubular connection cleaning unit is a closed loop cleaning system. The system utilizes a cleaning fluid that consist of 99% water and 1% bio-degradable additive which delivers a cleaning solution which prevents the pipe dope and contaminates from going into solution. The cleaning additive also provides a lasting corrosion inhibitor left on the connection end which prevents any corrosion while waiting to use the tubulars. The system filters out the pipe dope and contaminates from the cleaning fluid by means of two each filtration systems. The fluid is then recirculated continuously for providing a non-stop cleaning operation.
